MEET
Head of Operations & Administration
Rachael Healy
If there’s a backbone to the Cartwright Jenson Group, it’s Rachael. With over a decade in the drinks industry and having stepped into the fine drinks market ten years ago, she brings experience, organisation, and an uncanny ability to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Simply put, Rachael is the spine of the company. Since day one she has overseen the essential moving parts that keep the business thriving — from administration and stock management to payments, sales support, and audits. Her attention to detail and natural talent for problem-solving make her one of the most valuable members of the Cartwright Jenson team. A proud mum of two, Rachael somehow still finds the time and energy to support our sister company, The Rumbullion Club, where she oversees sales and keeps things ticking along just as efficiently. Outside of the office, Rachael is already planning for her favourite time of year—Halloween. Rachael takes the costumes, decorations, and spooky season organisation just as seriously as the company accounts. And what is her drink of choice? There’s no hesitation there… tequila all the way.

MEET
Head Cask Trader/Premier Client Division
Sultan Rahid
Sultan brings a wealth of entrepreneurial experience and deep industry knowledge to the Cartwright Jenson Group. Having owned and operated multiple businesses over the years, he has spent more than 15 years immersed in the fine and rare drinks market, beginning during the early days of the fine wine boom between 2009 and 2014. At Cartwright Jenson, Sultan works closely with many of our premier clients and Black Card holders, building long-standing relationships and delivering the level of service and expertise that the high-end market demands. His global network is one of his greatest strengths, with many of his key connections established in Dubai and Singapore, where his relationships remain strong to this day. A father of two and a family man at heart, Sultan balances his professional life with time spent with his children whenever he can. Away from the office, he’s an avid follower of Formula 1 and enjoys travelling whenever the opportunity arises. Sultan is also a self-confessed foodie who loves exploring great restaurants across the UK, always on the hunt for exceptional dining experiences. When asked about his drink of choice, his answer came without a shadow of doubt — Lynch-Bages 1989, a classic that perfectly reflects his taste for the finer things in life.

MEET
Head Of Luxury Art
Samantha Buckingham
I bring a commercial lens to the world of creativity, having spent my career building and scaling high-performing global teams that deliver both cultural value and measurable results. My background sits at the intersection of art, strategy, and commerce — developing art initiatives that not only inspire but also generate tangible value for our clients and partners. At Cartwright Jenson Group, I lead with a focus on growth, curation, and strategic positioning within the international art market. I’m passionate about identifying opportunities where creativity and investment meet, helping clients build meaningful collections while unlocking long-term wealth through art. Beyond the boardroom, I’m an enthusiastic advocate for the arts in all forms. Whether exploring galleries and art fairs across Europe, discovering emerging artists, or engaging in conversations about the evolving relationship between culture and capital, I’m constantly inspired by the global creative landscape. Outside of work, life is just as vibrant. I’m a keen traveller with a particular love for cities rich in culture and history, where a day can move seamlessly from a gallery opening to a tucked-away wine bar. I have a deep appreciation for exceptional wine and the stories behind it, with a particular fondness for a fine Saint-Émilion from Bordeaux. Warm summer months are often spent exploring coastal destinations and sun-drenched cultural hubs across Europe, where good food, great wine, and art naturally come together. At heart, I’m driven by connection — connecting people with art, ideas with opportunity, and clients with investments that enrich both their portfolios and their lives.

Client Portfolio Manager
David Goddson
Dave joined the Cartwright Jenson Group in late 2025 after an impressive career with Diageo, and it didn’t take long for him to become a key part of the team. With over 12 years in the drinks industry under his belt, Dave brings a wealth of experience, insight, and enthusiasm to everything he does. Managing his own portfolio of clients, Dave is known for his approachable style and deep knowledge of the spirits world. When it comes to distilleries, particularly in Scotland, his knowledge is second to none. If you’re trying to track down a distillery but can’t quite remember the name, chances are Dave will know exactly the one you mean. Around the office he’s simply known as “Dave”, and his easygoing personality and passion for the industry make him a pleasure to work with for colleagues and clients alike. Outside of work, Dave is a proud family man with two children who keep him happily busy. Most of his free time is spent with them, proving that while he knows his way around a distillery map, family always comes first. And when it comes to his drink of choice? In Dave’s own words, nothing beats “a good cold lager.” With his industry expertise, friendly nature, and genuine passion for great drinks, Dave has quickly become a valued member of the Cartwright Jenson team.
